The son of Galena Park Mayor Esmeralda Moya appeared in court Monday for his arraignment. Sergio Jesus Moya, 26, is charged with up to three counts of possession of child porn. According to the Harris County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, deputies raided his home Friday and arrested him on suspicion of child pornography.
